Perfect for my work trip! Positive: easy communication with host. great value for the money. updated kitchen. laundry on premises. lots of cable and streaming options. convenient location. Negative: great location for work or sightseeing- only a bit noisy as it is on a busy intersection. I wore ear plugs and I was fine. Just something to know in advance (which I did). I'd book this place again based on price, size, value for the money, and the host.

Everything we wanted, in the perfect location. Positive: Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms were a good size and the upgrades made to the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. Negative: The door for the bathroom farthest from the kitchen is difficult to open. Not a big problem.

Positive: We loved everything about our stay This was just a small family trip and was my kids first time going to Raleigh. I thank you for having enough room for my family of 6. This place was a home away from home. This is my number one place in Raleigh to stay. Negative: There was nothing we did not like.

Overall, the place was well kept and had a nice location. Positive: Location was great to access RALEIGH amenities, particularly NCS locales. Nice coffee machine and drink selections. Negative: Dirt pad could be paved for extra parking and making it easier to turn around. Bedrooms face a noisy road, which might be helped with an extra pane on the bedroom windows.
